Here is some great info on how to make one of these street legal in Utah but may apply to other states as well.

Included in the kit by default:

• Pre-wired turn signal switch to add to your stock switch by opening the switch and screwing it right in!
• Fork tube mounted blinkers (other style available in addons)
• One set of connectors to tap into the microswitch to actuate the brake light using the rear brake. (Add the other brake in addons)
• My all in one custom tail light design with sequential turn signals. (Plate light not included by default and if you need separate blinkers to meet your state requirements that is also an addon.)
• Wiring harness to tap into power at the phone charger.
• Drill template for the tail light.
• Waterproof connectors for easy plug and play connection.
